• The Name/Logo of the Company will appear prominently on following promotional & publicity material including:
  • Mailers for visitor promotion
  • Newspaper Advertisements for visitor promotion
  • Hoardings / Buntings at Exhibition Ground
  • Stage, Backdrops & entry gates etc.

• The Sponsoring Company will be given a complimentary space of 500 sq. meters of Indoor raw space in the exhibition.
• In addition to the above space, the sponsoring company will be allocated a complimentary demonstration space of 383 sq. mtr at the demonstration area which has a viewing gallery.

• The Dinner will be hosted on one of the event days at a suitable venue during “EIMA AGRIMACH INDIA 2009”. The total number of invitees will be approx 500, which include exhibitors’, Govt. officials, members trade associations, foreign delegates etc., from India & Abroad.

VIP Lounge :

• A unique way to give VIP status to your logo.
• This will be an exclusive lounge to welcome and entertain industrialists, trade delegates, diplomats, bureaucrats and visiting ministers.
• Company logo will appear outside the entrance to the lounge and on the protocol desk situated just inside.

Registration Counter :

• Sponsors’ logo will appear information counter.
• Visitors will contact these booths for the information of fair related activities, which will give a wide publicity to sponsoring company during exhibition period.

Golf Carts :

• Name & Logo of the sponsor will be displayed on the Golf Carts being used at  the venue to transport VIPs and Delegates.

Gates :
